These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FRQNCY website and app (the “Service”), operated by Miracle Record LLC (“FRQNCY,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

FRQNCY provides guided meditations, music and sound-based wellness content for relaxation, focus and sleep. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use it.

Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• FRQNCY offers a 7-day free trial, after which a paid subscription begins: $4.99/month or $39.99/year (prices may vary by region and over time).
• Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the platform you subscribed with (the Apple App Store, Google Play, or your account on the web).
• To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends. Refunds are handled according to the rules of the platform you purchased through and applicable law.
• We may change prices or plans; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including copying, redistributing or reselling content, attempting to access it unlawfully, or interfering with its operation.

Intellectual property

All content in the Service—audio, text, designs and the FRQNCY name and logo, including the Eternal Editions titles—is owned by Miracle Record LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own non-commercial enjoyment.

Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third parties (such as app stores and payment processors). Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miracle Record LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
